Most fascinating. It could be interpreted in multiple ways - a woman who's given birth to some kind of abomination, or a being with a void in them that can't be filled are the two that come to mind for me.

Both interpretations are true. Ruah is Hebrew for 'spirit'. There is the spirit (Ruah), soul (forgot the Hebrew term) an super soul (Nechesh). The super soul is the soul given when you live towards the path of Light. The spirit is like a throne for the super soul to rest upon, and the soul is the vital element that every being contains.
What is presented here is the breed of darkness. The snake that comes out of the vagina of course emphasizes the concept of fertility, breeding and birth, but also it represents sin.
